We can opt out of this change and remain in Standard Time- it's the law of the land! Arizona and Hawaii are already hanging in there. However, if we want to stay with Daylight Savings Time, it's a bit more difficult to change. Also, not the better option if you think about going to work in the dark at 8:00 in the winter. Or as a state or Nation that we would be more out of sync with the rest of world-- An hour ahead for more than half the year. Ach-- at least remember to jump ahead tonight so as not to be late for anything tomorrow.
