Outside the Senior citizen apartment complex on Main Street in Lambertville, NJ. I love listening to the year flip over – This is an especially gentle one.

the final sunset of the year
December 31, 2017. Sunset 4:42 PM.
Flemington, NJ.
The empty halls and beds are not as bleak as they may seem at first glance. Everyone that could move was at a little party at the end of the hall, including my father, who was the only guy in the room. Festive and sweet.
