January 18, 2020. Sunrise 7:52 AM. Seattle, WA. A new decade dawns. Yawns. Honor pause. Ten years, twenty years... would I have thought about now? I did. Welcoming this decade, I join Brenda's "dailybell" offering. Celebrating fellow artists. So many! Take stock of the Light. Respect the rain. My home country burns. Cry. Tears. Memory. Rain. Ringing. -- Caterina De Re

Gratitude and Fun
January 16, 2020. Sunset 5:40 PM. Cincinnati, OH. I brought bells to share with folks at The Hive happy hour Cincinnati. The Hive is an intentional community and offers workshops in mindfulness, creativity, body work. This is a new community for me but I invited them to mark the sunset with me, and everyone was so into it! It brought me so much joy and a feeling of belonging. (if Sonya gives permission) Afterwards Sonya Verma who I had just met, shared with me and later the group, her daily practice around the sunset and sunrise. Sharing and marking the sunset as a group, brought us together in a deeper way. There was a lot of willingness, gratitude and fun. --Sherri Wood
