September 22, 2019. Lower Manhattan, NY. Happy Equinox! It is done-- we have tipped gently into the darkness. Many thanks to the dailybell team for helping the visitors from Governors Island celebrate the final sunset of the summer, ringing bells across the East River on the final ferries to Manhattan and Brooklyn. Thanks to Carol Parkinson and Harvestworks for their support and to Patrick Allen, Elisabeth Beaird, Ben Buford, Emily, Elise de Jong, Caleb Garling, Audrey Greenfield, Barb Hertel, Ana Léon, Richard Marriott, Maria Mykolenko, Mia Narell, Nicole Roscher, Gabriel Shalom and Norman Tuck for showing up, talking with visitors to the Island and passing out over 300 bells.
