This is the archival blog and has ALL documentation since 2008.
September 27, 2019. Sunrise and Sunset 7:01 San Francisco, CA. At this latitude (37.7749° N) today is actually the day that is divided into equal parts day and night (unlike the Equinox)- Here the sun rises and sets at 7:01 AM and PM. You can find out when this happens where you live here
