The Equinox has passed however, we who do not live at the Equator have yet to experience a day of equal light and equal darkness. At this latitude, the real day of equal light falls 4 days after the Fall Equinox (and 4 days before in the Spring). So, for those of us in NY and the Bay Area- tomorrow September 25th is the day.
If you would like to find out which day you can experience the actual balance where you live, check out timeanddate.com and enter your location and look for the sunrise and sunset to occur at the same time AM/PM.Links of Interest
