When I looked up Hartsville, I selected - Is Hartsville TN a good place to live? the Answer— “Based on FBI crime data, Hartsville is not one of the safest communities in America relative to Tennessee, Hartsville has a crime rate that is higher than 52% of the state’s cities and towns of all sizes.”
Who decided that the FBI crime data determined the criteria for a “good place to live”? Google??
