Beginning on Monday evening December 31, 2007, at 4:59 PST, Brenda Hutchinson invites others to join in wherever they find themselves at sunrise or sunset and to post to the blog if you wish. Tall mountain! 2 hours for the sun to clear it-- amazing. I bet someone could calculate how tall the mountain is by how long it took the sun to rise above it. I know the earth rotates about 750 miles per hour at San Francisco latitude.
